When is check-in?
Preferably check-in is between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please let us know if you need other arrangements.
When is check-out?
Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
What are the rates?
Our Private Cottage is $100.00, plus tax. Rooms in the house are $80.00, $85.00 and $95.00, plus tax.
Do rooms have private baths within the room?
Private baths are within the rooms of Arrow Rock, Ms Sadies, Lewis & Clark, and the Cottage.
Private half-baths are within the rooms of Santa Fe and New Orleans.
Another full bath with tub and shower combination is available to these two rooms.
Rooms are on what floor?
Cottage and the Lewis and Clark Room are on the ground floor.
Other rooms are on the second floor.
How many comfortable chairs are in the room?
At least two chairs.
Are guests’ pets allowed?
For the comfort of others, we do not allow pets.
Where do I park?
Parking is available along Main Street in front of the Down Over Bed & Breakfast.
Do I need to pack my hair dryer?
No, a hair dryer is provided in each bathroom at the Down Over Bed and Breakfast.

Are the guest rooms air-conditioned?
The Bed & Breakfast is centrally air-conditioned. In addition, ceiling paddle fans are in each room.
Window air-conditioners are in New Orleans and Santa Fe rooms.
The Private Cottage has a window air-conditioner and ceiling paddle fan.
Do the owners live in the same building?
Yes, in private quarters.
Do owners have pets?
No.
Is smoking limited to outside?
Yes.
Are children allowed?
Yes, we allow children and accommodate families.
What about telephones?
Phone jacks are located in the rooms and a phone is available. Please ask if you need a land line.

Is breakfast in the same building?
A sit-down, full breakfast is served to guests in the dining room of the Down Over Bed and Breakfast, usually at 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. Other breakfast times may be arranged. Self-serve coffee and teas are available after 6:00 a.m. each morning.
We are flexible - if you would like breakfast at an earlier time, just let us know in advance.
What about wireless?
Wireless internet access is available.
