PoliciesBecause we are a small bed and breakfast, cancellations greatly affect us. When you reserve a room, we agree to turn away all other requests for that room and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve it. If you cancel your reservation less than seven days in advance for any reason, you are subject to the room charge for the cancellation. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours in advance, or do not arrive for your reservation as scheduled, or depart early, you are subject to charge for the entire stay booked. Reservations of three or more rooms will be subject to a 30-day notice for cancellation and an advance nonrefundable deposit.
Your reservation will be held with your credit card number, or you may send payment if you prefer. MasterCard and Visa accepted.
Full payment is due upon arrival. Cash, check, MasterCard and Visa accepted.
Check-in time: Preferred time is 2 to 7 p.m. Please call to make special arrangements if you plan to arrive later than 7 p.m. If you desire an earlier check-in, feel free to call the morning of your arrival about the possibility. Check-out time: 11 a.m.
